Geoffrey C. Sansom
Geoffrey Sansom is rated an AV-Preeminent attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. His law practice is concentrated in probate, guardianship, estate planning, and general civil litigation. Geoff manages a substantial probate and guardianship caseload throughout the country that includes all forms of testate and intestate succession, as well as bringing suit against and defending executors, administrators, trustees, and guardians. Geoff has successfully litigated hundreds of cases in both state and federal court and while he works hard to resolve cases without going to trial he will not hesitate to take a case to trial when the need arises.
Geoff has been practicing law since 2001 and is licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas and the United States District Court for the Southern, Eastern, Northern, and Western Districts of Texas. Geoff graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law where he was on the Dean’s List.
